  • Dissection of RFP & Development of both Technical & Administrative Compliance Matrix to ensure submission of Complete, Thorough, and Accurate Proposals
  • Ensuring Technical Proposals are Concise, Responsive, & in Strict Compliance with the RFP Instructions
  • Basis of Estimate Validation to ensure Fidelity of the Cost Proposal Submission
  • Quality Assurance Review to ensure Technical & Cost Proposals Align and Address “All” RFP Requirements 
  • Drafting of Client Correspondence during Discussions & Final Proposal Revisions 
  • Coaching & Assistance for Post Award Debriefs 
  • Guidance during Client Protests and Expected Outcome Determinations

POST AWARD CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION PHASE

  • Translation of Contract Terms and Conditions to ensure Contract Compliance
  • SME Guidance & Administration of  Complex Post Award Modifications (e.g., Equitable Adjustments, Change Orders, Scope Changes, Incentive Payments, Cost Overruns/Underruns, Bridge Contract Extensions)
  • Quality Assurance Review of Contract Deliverables and CDRLs
  • On-Going Performance Tracking and Evaluation to help ensure High Quality CPARS evaluations and follow-on Incumbency Competitiveness
